Southeast is the southernmost neighborhood of Eugene, Oregon, United States.
It is home to more than 13,000 residents, and includes "most of the remaining upland wildlife habitat" in Eugene.[1]
The neighborhood has been represented on the Eugene City Council for many years by Betty Taylor. Since 2000, when an environmentally-oriented slate was elected as the board and officers of Southeast Neighbors, the city-recognized neighborhood association, the association president has been Kevin Matthews. The neighborhood board has included a wide range of community leaders and volunteers.
